Next Group, a leading hub in the markets of large-scale events, incentives and promotions, continues its growth and strengthening path in the field of communication by acquiring the majority of Take, a group with a strong expertise in the creation of ATL, BTL and digital campaigns.
This operation is part of a journey undertaken by Next in recent years aimed at establishing a multidisciplinary communication hub. This partnership was strongly looked-for by Marco Jannarelli, President of Next Group and Marco Di Marco, CEO of Take, with the aim of guaranteeing the market consultancy and integrated services in support of all communication processes.
Specifically, Next Group has acquired 70% of Take shares. The integration of new resources leads to a total staff of 180 professionals ready to capitalize their creativity, expertise and specific skills.
